Agreement Signed for Construction of LPG-Based Crematorium for 33 Years Koshi Zone: A significant step has been taken towards expanding modern civic facilities in Korlahi Ward No. 44 under the Municipal Corporation area. In addition to the existing electric and wood-based crematoriums, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with Isha Foundation, Tamil Nadu, for the construction and maintenance of an LPG-based crematorium for a period of 33 years. On this occasion, District Magistrate Deepesh Kumar, Municipal Commissioner Prabhat Kumar Jha, Sub-Divisional Officer (Sadar Saharsa) Shriyash Tiwari, representatives of Isha Foundation, Circle Officer Kahara, engineers from BUDCO, and other concerned officials were present.
