FIR lodged against the person who cut the electricity pole

Koshi Zone, Saharsa. A case has come up of lodging an FIR against unknown person for cutting the electricity pole in front of the house. According to case number 155/24 in Bangaon police station, it is to be informed in the above mentioned context that in the light of the order of the Executive Engineer of Electricity, Electricity Supply Division, Saharsa, a field investigation was conducted on the complaint of the complainant Niranjan Singh, village Rahuamani, police station-Bangaon, district Saharsa regarding the removal and cutting of iron poles, in which no information of removal of any pole was given during enquiry from the nearby areas. Again, the investigation was conducted by the investigation committee constituted under the Executive Engineer of Electricity, Electricity Supply Division, Saharsa, in which a magistrate was also deputed from the sub-divisional level.  In the light of the complaint of the complainant, the investigation committee conducted a detailed on-site investigation in which evidence of removal and cutting of poles could not be obtained. Again, in the case filed in the Public Grievance Redressal Office, the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Saharsa, demanded a clear report regarding removal and cutting of poles. In light of which, on-site investigation was conducted again. No evidence of poles being present at the place mentioned in the complaint could be obtained, but from the observation of the announcement of poles buried nearby, it appears that there must have been poles at the said place. Therefore, in the light of the above, it is requested that you please investigate at your level and register an FIR against unknown persons. Although after the order, FIR has been lodged against unknown persons, but after investigation at the ground level, those who cut the electricity poles can definitely be arrested by the police. Anyway, the police station in-charge has started investigation of the case.
