Gross negligence in the construction of Bengali Bazaar Overbridge - Kishore Kumar Koshi Zone, Saharsa . DDC allocated crores of rupees to the beneficiaries under the housing scheme 317 beneficiaries of the district were given Rs 1 crore 26 lakh 80 thousand Koshi Zone, Saharsa.
